Kejriwal Slams Gujarat Model, Unveils Punjab’s “AAP Blueprint”
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday launched a Punjabi book showcasing the Aam Aadmi Party’s governance model, dubbed the “Kejriwal Model.” The book highlights the party’s achievements in Delhi and Punjab, particularly its flagship schemes offering free electricity and water.
Kejriwal sharply contrasted this with the BJP’s “Gujarat Model,” emphasizing the AAP’s commitment to honesty and public welfare. He cited the improved public services and infrastructure in AAP-ruled states as evidence of its success.
The book release comes amidst ongoing political sparring between the AAP and BJP in Delhi. Kejriwal used the opportunity to further criticize the BJP’s governance in the national capital.
The launch holds significance as the AAP seeks to expand its footprint nationally. The “Kejriwal Model,” presented as an alternative to existing governance paradigms, is central to the party’s broader political strategy ahead of upcoming elections. Its success in resonating with voters will be crucial to AAP’s future electoral prospects.
