Six Arrested in Chandigarh: Loot & Arms Haul

Chandigarh Police have made significant arrests in two separate incidents, netting six men with criminal histories. Three individuals were apprehended in Manimajra on July 12, 2025, following a successful house theft.

The burglary yielded a substantial haul of Rs 1.5 lakh in cash and gold jewellery. Police also recovered a motorcycle believed to have been used in the crime.

In a separate operation, another trio was taken into custody in connection with separate arms cases. Sharp knives were seized as evidence.

All six suspects are known to law enforcement, having prior criminal records. This successful crackdown highlights the ongoing efforts of Chandigarh Police to curb criminal activity and ensure public safety.
