Yamunanagar-Jagadhri MC: Rs 47.6 Lakh Boost for Basic Amenities
The Yamunanagar-Jagadhri Municipal Council (MC) has allocated Rs 47.60 lakh for crucial development works in Wards 8 and 22. This significant investment aims to improve the quality of life for residents.
Ward 8, encompassing Kamala Nagar and Yogesh Nagar, will receive Rs 18.40 lakh for the construction of new streets and drains. This much-needed infrastructure upgrade is expected to alleviate long-standing drainage issues and improve road conditions.
Meanwhile, Ward 22’s Sarojini Colony will benefit from the construction of a new street, with an allocation of Rs 29.20 lakh. This project addresses the pressing need for better connectivity and improved infrastructure within the colony.
