Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test: 22,568 candidates set to appear for exam in Sirsa

HTET 2025: Crackdown on Cheating as Thousands Take Exams

The Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) is set to commence on July 30 and 31, 2025, with approximately 22,568 candidates vying for eligibility. Officials received stringent guidelines during a recent review meeting.

This year’s exam will see heightened security measures implemented to prevent malpractice. The authorities are leaving no stone unturned to ensure a fair and transparent examination process.

Section 163 of the relevant act, dealing with exam irregularities, will be strictly enforced. A zero-tolerance policy towards cheating is in place.

In a significant development, one examination centre has been relocated. The authorities have not disclosed the reason for the shift, but it is believed to be related to logistical concerns or security enhancements.

The HTET results will significantly impact the state’s education sector, influencing the recruitment of thousands of teachers across Haryana. The smooth conduct of this exam is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the state’s education system.
