Yamunanagar & Jagadhri Sanitation Workers Get Rainy Season Upgrade

A hundred sanitation workers in Yamunanagar and Jagadhri received raincoats on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, thanks to a collaborative initiative between the Yamunanagar-Jagadhri Municipal Corporation (YJMC) and the Rotary Club. The distribution aims to improve working conditions for these essential city workers during the monsoon season.

The initiative focuses on ensuring the comfort and safety of sanitation staff while they perform their duties. Providing raincoats is a practical step towards improving their working environment.

The Mayor of Yamunanagar-Jagadhri also appealed to city residents for their cooperation in maintaining cleanliness. This collaborative effort underscores the importance of public-private partnerships in improving municipal services.
