BLT Logistics Gears Up for ₹9.72 Crore IPO Debut
BLT Logistics Limited, a prominent player in India’s surface transportation sector, is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Monday, August 4, 2025. The company aims to raise ₹9.72 crore at the upper price band.
Currently, BLT operates a fleet of 106 vehicles, with capacities ranging from 3.5MT to 18MT. An additional 15 vehicles are part of the fleet owned by its 99.99% subsidiary, Sabarmati (9MT capacity).
The company primarily caters to business-to-business (B2B) clients, facilitating the bulk transportation of goods across India. Its services encompass containerized trucking and warehousing.
The IPO listing will take place on the BSE SME platform. This move is expected to significantly boost BLT’s expansion plans and strengthen its position in the competitive logistics market.
