Delhi School Fee Bill: Yadav Slams ‘Misleading’ Legislation
Aam Aadmi Party MLA Devender Yadav today launched a scathing attack on the Delhi School Education Bill, 2025, terming it misleading and insensitive to the plight of parents. He leveled serious accusations, alleging the bill actively undermines parental rights.
Yadav highlighted the bill’s lack of clear guidelines regarding fee structures, a critical omission leaving parents vulnerable to arbitrary hikes. He expressed concern over the bill granting excessive control to school managements in the composition of fee committees.
