Headline: MRI, CT Scan Revolution: Haryana Expands Healthcare Access via PPP
The Haryana Health Department is significantly bolstering its diagnostic and cardiac care infrastructure through Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). New agreements have been finalized to bring much-needed MRI and CT scan facilities to underserved areas.
These crucial services are slated to become available in Kurukshetra, Panipat, Charkhi Dadri, and Bahadurgarh within the next three months.
The initiative aims to bridge the healthcare gap, ensuring wider access to advanced medical technologies. Subsidized or free scans will be provided to eligible beneficiaries under various government schemes.
Furthermore, the state continues its commitment to affordable healthcare. Dialysis services remain free for all citizens, and the government is expanding access to advanced cardiac care with subsidized pricing options.
This expansion of healthcare services under the PPP model is a significant step towards improving healthcare accessibility and affordability in Haryana, particularly in rural and semi-urban areas, directly impacting the well-being of millions.
