Trio Held in 2023 Armed Taxi Robbery
Three men, including the alleged mastermind Dheeraj, were arrested by police on August 3, 2025, in connection with a daring armed robbery that took place on December 4, 2023.
The accused held a taxi driver at gunpoint, making off with his vehicle, cash, and mobile phone.
Arrests were made in Karnal and Chandigarh following a meticulous investigation. The stolen taxi has been recovered.
The accused are facing charges under the Indian Penal Code for dacoity and violations of the Arms Act.
