Haryana Farmers Reap Rich Harvest: Rs 353 Crore PM-KISAN Installment Released
The Haryana government disbursed Rs 353 crore to 16.77 lakh farmers on August 4, 2025, as the 20th installment under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme.
Rohtak district alone received Rs 14.97 crore under this latest disbursement. This signifies a significant financial boost for the state’s agrarian community.
The substantial financial support underscores the state’s commitment to farmer welfare. Over the past decade, Haryana farmers have received a combined Rs 6,436 crore in crop loss compensation and Rs 9,026 crore in insurance claims.
