Mansa Devi Shrine Board Revamp: CM Takes Reins

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has assumed the chairmanship of the reconstituted Shri Mata Mansa Devi Shrine Board. The announcement was made on August 5, 2025.

The Urban Local Bodies Minister has been appointed as the vice-chairman. The new board comprises both official and non-official members.

Prominent members include several MLAs and the Mayor of Panchkula. Their appointments are valid until August 3, 2028.

This restructuring is expected to bring about significant changes in the management and administration of the revered shrine, impacting pilgrimage and local development. The long-term implications for the temple’s finances and infrastructure remain to be seen.
