Rustomjee’s Green Thumb: 10,000 Trees Planted in Kasara
Rustomjee Group, a prominent Mumbai real estate developer, has completed Phase Two of its ambitious ‘Go Green Kasara 25’ initiative. Over 10,000 native saplings were planted in the ecologically sensitive Kasara region on August 6, 2025.
This significant undertaking is a key step towards Rustomjee’s larger goal of planting 50,000 trees. The project aims at large-scale biodiversity restoration and community involvement.
The initiative demonstrates a commitment to environmental responsibility and showcases a model for corporate social responsibility in India’s real estate sector. This large-scale afforestation effort holds significant promise for mitigating climate change and enhancing the ecological health of the region, setting a benchmark for other developers to follow.
