iCODEX to Raise ₹42 Crore via SME IPO

iCODEX Publishing Solutions, a software developer for scholarly publishing, is set to launch its initial public offering (IPO) on the Bombay Stock Exchange’s SME platform. The company aims to raise up to ₹42.03 crore through this public issue.

The IPO opens for subscription on August 11, 2025, and closes on August 13, 2025.

Funds raised will be used for purchasing new office premises and hardware, meeting working capital needs, general corporate purposes, and an offer for sale. Indcap Advisors Private Limited is the sole book-running lead manager for the issue.
