Chandigarh Councillors Donate Salaries to Punjab Flood Relief
Chandigarh Municipal Corporation councillors showed solidarity with Punjab’s flood-affected population on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. They collectively donated a month’s salary towards relief efforts.
The generous contribution totalled Rs 1,75,000. This amount was presented to representatives of the “Tera Hi Tera” mission, a prominent relief organisation.
