IIT Madras Reigns Supreme: NIRF 2025 Rankings Unveiled
IIT Madras has secured the top position in the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) rankings for 2025, marking its seventh consecutive year at the pinnacle. The Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bengaluru followed closely behind in the overall rankings.

In the colleges category, Delhi University’s Hindu College, Miranda House, and Hansraj College emerged as the top three performers. Their consistent high rankings reflect their strong academic reputation.
Panjab University’s commendable performance in the State Public Universities category is also noteworthy. This highlights the university’s commitment to quality education and research.
