DU’s Last Chance: Class XII Marks Decide Fate of Vacant UG Seats
Delhi University is conducting a mop-up round for undergraduate admissions, offering a lifeline to aspiring students. The university will utilise Class XII marks, instead of CUET scores, to fill the remaining vacant seats.
Applications are open until September 7, 2025. Aspirants must register and pay the prescribed fee to be eligible.
Seat allocation will take place between September 8 and 11, 2025. Successful candidates must complete fee payment by September 13, 2025.
Admission will be based on the “best of four” subjects in the Class XII examinations. This offers a second chance for those who missed out earlier.
This decision by DU provides a crucial opportunity for many deserving students who might have narrowly missed out on securing a seat through the CUET process. It underscores the university’s commitment to inclusivity and ensuring that no eligible candidate is left behind.
