HP University Gets its Own NCC Army Unit: A Boost for Youth Empowerment

The University Institute of Technology (UIT), Himachal Pradesh University, proudly inaugurated its own NCC Army unit on September 9, 2025.

Twenty-six enthusiastic students, comprising seventeen boys and nine girls, were selected for this pioneering initiative.

The Director of UIT extended his hearty congratulations to the newly inducted cadets. He emphasized the invaluable benefits of NCC training in shaping well-rounded individuals.

This development marks a significant step towards promoting discipline, leadership, and national integration amongst the youth of Himachal Pradesh.
