Punjab Police Shake-up: Key IPS Transfers Announced
Eight senior IPS officers in Punjab have been given new postings, as announced on July 12, 2025. The reshuffle involves significant changes within the state’s intelligence and crime-fighting wings.

Dhruv Dahiya and Dr. Sudharvishi have been appointed as Assistant Inspector Generals (AIGs). Their specific roles are yet to be officially announced.
