Gangster Aide Chinki Nabbed in Faridkot Shootout

Faridkot police engaged in an armed encounter with Chinki, a close associate of notorious gangster Lucky Patial, on July 27, 2025. The operation resulted in Chinki’s arrest after he sustained injuries during a shootout.

The encounter was part of a police operation to recover a motorcycle. This motorcycle was allegedly used in an attack on Jeewanjot Chahal, alias Jugnu, on July 22, 2025.

Jugnu is a key accused in the high-profile Sidhu Moosewala murder case. The successful apprehension of Chinki is a significant development in the ongoing investigation.
