Vedika, an Indian golfing prodigy, delivered a stellar performance at the US Junior Golf Championship on August 2, 2025. Her bogey-free round of 3-under 33 secured a tied-second position, just one stroke shy of the leader, Audrey Zhang from the US.

Five other players shared the second spot with Vedika, highlighting the intense competition. This impressive showing underscores her rising talent on the international stage.

Meanwhile, Ojaswini Saraswat, a former US Kids World Championship medallist, also made her mark. She finished tied-ninth in the Girls 12 category with a commendable 2-under score at Pinehurst No. 5.

Ojaswini, the runner-up in Girls 11 last year, is determined to improve her ranking this time. Her consistent performance reflects the growing strength of Indian junior golf.
