Fake Green Card Lands Indian Man in US Jail
A 34-year-old Indian national, Swapnil Ramesh Tejale, is facing a decade behind bars in the United States. He was arrested in New York on charges of possessing a forged alien resident card.
The arrest followed a routine traffic stop, where Tejale’s fraudulent documentation came to light. Authorities also discovered a fake Social Security card in his possession.
