Sector 49 Snatching: Two Arrested, Loot Recovered
Chandigarh Police announced the arrest of two individuals, Satish Kumar (32) and Anil Kumar (25), in connection with a snatching incident in Sector 49. The arrests followed a complaint filed by Yashoda Devi on July 29, 2025, reporting the theft of her mobile phone.
A significant amount of stolen property was recovered during the operation. This included a smartphone, two additional mobile phones, three motorcycles, and a scooter.
