Visa Bonanza: India, Philippines Open Doors for Tourists

Prime Minister Modi today welcomed the Philippines’ decision to grant visa-free entry to Indian citizens. This reciprocal move significantly boosts tourism between the two nations.

In response, India will extend free e-visas to Filipino tourists, further simplifying travel arrangements. This initiative aims to strengthen bilateral ties and cultural exchange.

The government is also actively working towards launching direct flights between Delhi and Manila by the end of this year. This will drastically reduce travel time and costs, making travel more accessible.
