Her body was tragically discovered near a canal several days later. The grim discovery sparked widespread outrage and demands for a thorough, independent investigation.

Before her cremation on August 21, 2025, the victim’s remains underwent three separate post-mortem examinations, highlighting the complexities and suspicions surrounding the case.

The CBI is yet to formally register the case, leaving the family and the public anxiously awaiting a swift and decisive probe. The delay underscores the need for greater transparency and accountability in such sensitive matters.
