Haryana Congress Slams BJP: Law and Order Collapse, Minorities Targeted

Congress MLAs in Haryana launched a scathing attack on the BJP government on Tuesday, August 26, 2025, accusing it of a complete breakdown in law and order. The legislators cited a surge in violent crime across the state.

They highlighted a palpable fear among citizens, pointing to numerous incidents of violence, including what they described as targeted attacks against minority communities.

The opposition party directly blamed the BJP government for failing to protect its citizens, alleging a dereliction of its “Raj Dharma” – its duty to maintain peace and security.

The Congress MLAs demanded immediate action to curb the rising crime rate and ensure the safety and security of all citizens, particularly vulnerable groups. The ongoing situation, they warned, poses a serious threat to social harmony in the state. This escalation of violence underscores the urgent need for effective governance and a renewed commitment to public safety in Haryana.
