Delhi Police Busts Pakistan-Linked Terror Module, Khilafat Plot Exposed

Delhi Police announced the arrest of five individuals, allegedly part of a terror module named Khilafat, with links to Pakistan. The arrests, spanning multiple states, followed a meticulous investigation.

The group, operating under the camouflage of an NGO, aimed to establish a Caliphate in India, police claim. Their activities included procuring weapons and explosives.

Investigations revealed the module possessed knowledge of Improvised Explosive Device (IED) manufacturing. Funds were allegedly channeled through hawala transactions.

A Pakistan-based handler is suspected to have directed the module’s operations. The police are currently investigating the extent of the network.
